Reload was engaged by Glynis Austin Properties, a leading Paddington based real estate agent to grow market share, improve HR systems and streamline marketing processes. For 12 months, Reload worked with the business to ensure Glynis Austin has become one of Ray White's leading Australian agencies.

Key areas of the HR consultancy included an induction program, HR manual, HR training, process analysis and recruitment. Reload also recommended and implemented fresh new strategies including a new logo & brand, website development including search engine marketing and digital marketing tactics.

Reload Consulting was initially engaged by ABS to review, measure and improve their internal human resources (HR) systems and people processes. Through this in-depth consulting process, Reload was extended to assist with implementation of a new ISO Quality Assurance (QA) system.

Reload provided high level consulting solutions and liaised with the senior management in Australia and Singapore to ensure compliance to the required international standards. Reload also provided management training in process mapping, HR system maintenance and regular QA system development.

Reload was engaged by Powerhouse Painting to assist the owners with business growth strategies, HR initiatives, cash flow forecasting and marketing strategies. Through an initial diagnostic, Reload consultants looked at all areas of this growing business and then made strategic recommendations to focus on.

Detailed marketing ideas and sales strategies were discussed and Reload also become a key mentor within the business to ensure any consulting issues were discussed on a regular basis.
